A Message from the Chairman
Thank you for your interest in Partnership Community Bancshares, Inc. The uniqueness of our company radiates through the 2 separate community banks and bank operations located in Tomah, Watertown, and Milwaukee Wisconsin.
A local board of directors and a bank president drawn from the community guides each of our community banks. The model allows each bank to develop its own individual culture and provide the best service to its target market. Each community bank is small, which permits timely and individual service to our customers. Nevertheless, each bank is big in that it can draw on the strength of our community bank partnerships in order to provide larger lending capabilities and specialized service for a particular customer need.
Unlike large financial institutions, which are in the business of developing products which are then marketed to their customer base, our banks are in the business of satisfying the needs of our customers by utilizing custom-tailored solutions. Our business is professional service, not sales through mass marketing.
The success of our community bank partnerships has encouraged us to search for entrepreneurs who wish to form start-up banks in attractive markets.
